This is a simplified version of the use guide of retinol essence for you. Retinol (A alcohol) is the "anti-aging drug" in the skin care industry. Although the effect is good, it is easy to "spoil the face" if not used properly.

Retinol has photosensitivity and can only be used at night.

Gentle cleansing: Use gentle cleansing products to wash the face thoroughly.

Basic moisturizing (priming): Apply toner or moisturizing essence first.

Tips for beginners: If it is the first time to use it or the skin is dry, it is recommended to apply a layer of moisturizing lotion/face cream for priming, and then apply retinol, which can greatly reduce irritation (i.e. "sandwich coating").

Apply retinol:

Dosage: For the whole face, only about the size of peas (about 3-5 drops), and for the eye area, only about the size of rice grains.

Technique: Avoid sensitive areas such as the eye area (unless using specialized eye cream), corners of the mouth, and nose, apply evenly and massage to absorb.

Water locking repair: wait for 1-2 minutes to absorb, apply moisturizing face cream, lock water, and relieve dryness.
